What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate referral and authorization episodes to determine approval or non-approval for Home Plans
- Review and respond to email inquiries from Home Plans regarding claims
- Analyze and resolve claim inquiries and appeals, preparing comprehensive responses
- Identify root causes of claim denials or disputes and communicate resolutions to stakeholders
- Gather necessary documentation to address inquiries effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-5 years of claims processing experience
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding
- Ability to read and understand benefit plan descriptions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
- Effective written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or similar certifications
- Prior claims processing experience within Eldorado HealthPac Claims Adjudication System
