      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex and high-visibility workers' compensation claims within delegated authority
      - Investigate claims to determine validity and compensability, filing necessary documentation with state agencies
      - Develop and manage action plans with case managers to reduce overall claim costs
      - Communicate claim status and maintain professional relationships with customers and claimants
      - Ensure compliance with client and carrier guidelines while managing subrogation and litigation processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - West Virginia License is required
      - Minimum of 3 years' industry experience in claims handling
      - Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel spreadsheets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Self-Insured Certificate preferred
      - State Certification as an experienced Examiner
      - Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively
      - Experience in claims administration and case management within Workers' Compensation
      - Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
