- Build and nurture relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer while penetrating the account deeper.
- Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment with PB, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with other PB teams to optimize client experience and performance.
- Monitor customer operational performance and health indicators. Proactively identify issues, collaborate with other teams, and drive open issues to resolution.
- Monitor renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and PB Execs, effectively network within accounts to help customers achieve their objectives.
- Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals, build and execute risk mitigation plans or escalate as needed.
- Increase value, retention, customer satisfaction and expansion of Pitney Bowes’ footprint.
- Attain client revenue and growth targets. Work closely with clients and PB teams on growth and operational initiatives to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Maintains up to date knowledge on client strategies, marketplaces, shipping and e-commerce trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop deep end-to-end knowledge of PB network and physical and digital solutions.
- Liaison between client and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and services to meet client needs.
- Solid background in the ecommerce ecosystem and specifically the post purchase experience
- 5+ year of work experience in a senior client-facing role, focused on the mid-to-enterprise level merchant base with proven track record managing.
- BA/BS or equivalent
- Navigate customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with executives and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment.
- Effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings.
- Proficient at being prescriptive and driving action-oriented meetings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog.
- Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts.
- Analytical skills with the ability to distill information from multiple sources, analyze and present in meaningful ways to the business for action.
- Experience in managing and negotiating contracts.
- High tolerance for change, the ability to be effective in fast paced business environment and an aptitude for managing multiple projects and priorities and connecting the dots between them.

As a Senior Manager in Client Success, you will function as a Trusted Advisor to our large customers, responsible for ensuring their success. In this role you are responsible for retaining and growing our client base with a focus on Ecommerce Delivery, Returns, and Fulfillment. The role will have close direct interaction with our clients’ business, operations, and product leaders as well as Pitney Bowes’ internal teams who will support you in defining solutions and delivering on initiatives to realize growth, revenue, and cost savings. Individuals should have a consistent track record of consultative sales, the ability to solve complex problems, a strong understanding of ecommerce and shipping landscape and a willingness to embrace a fast-paced, dynamic logistics and technology company.
The base salary range for this position is $120000 to $140000 / year. The actual pay will be dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
