What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to insurance products and services
- Guide clients through policy-related matters, explaining coverage details, terms, and conditions
- Communicate regarding policy renewals, providing information on renewal options and any changes in coverage
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, documenting all interactions and transactions in the company's systems
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to provide comprehensive support to clients during policy issuance and claims processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Customer Service, or Business Operations preferred
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Insurance Industry or Customer Service
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance
- Strong customer engagement, consulting, and support skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) is a plus
- Experience in claims case management and claims resolution
