What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support capture and bid of top opportunities and critical recompetes within the Resilient Economies portfolio
- Serve as the opportunity lead and/or technical lead for capture and proposal efforts with USAID clients
- Craft effective capture and win strategies for bids
- Develop and execute client demand generation efforts, including white papers and unsolicited proposals
- Provide technical advisory and review project quality within the portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree + 12 years of relevant experience, or PhD + 8 years of relevant experience
- Proven technical expertise in climate smart agriculture in low and middle-income countries
- Experience in business development and client relationship management with USAID and other clients
- Strong understanding of agriculture, food security, and economic growth strategies
- Ability to integrate research, technical assistance, digital solutions, and equity into holistic solutions
