What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical instruction in radiation therapy treatment planning using the RefleXion system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training materials for both oncology customers and employee training programs
- Conduct training sessions at the RefleXion Learning Center and customer sites
- Instruct technical staff on treatment planning and dose calculations
- Update training curriculum and create new training aids to support the latest developments in the RefleXion system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of a Medical Dosimetry JRCERT accredited program or Bachelor's degree in Medical Dosimetry or related discipline
- 2+ years of industry experience training and supporting customers
- Active Certified Medical Dosimetrist with the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board (MDCB) required
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Strong treatment planning skills with knowledge of a variety of treatment planning systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Medical Dosimetry or related discipline preferred
- 3 or more years of clinical dosimetry experience preferred
- Experience working with Cloud TPS (VMs, vCloud) and remote treatment planning preferred
- Command of adult learning theory, classroom education, and digital training preferred
