      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality concurrent and retrospective clinical documentation review across multiple healthcare markets
      - Float between inpatient units and service lines based on organizational needs
      - Generate compliant queries to clarify documentation affecting coding and reimbursement
      - Maintain productivity and quality standards consistent with senior-level expectations
      - Participate in new market launches and assist with CDI education efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Clinical Documentation Prof. credentialed from the Association of Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists required prior to hire
      - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, OR 5 years of applicable job-specific experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
      - Proven adaptability to different hospital systems, documentation styles, and workflows
      - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across virtual and on-site environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS)
      - Advanced knowledge of clinical documentation and coding rules
      - Expertise in SOI/ROM capture, MCC/CC identification, and quality indicator alignment
      - Strong time management, independence, and problem-solving abilities
      - Technological proficiency with CDI tools and secure communication methods
