      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and support clinical studies in the cardiovascular/electrophysiology medical device space
      - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with site personnel, investigators, and internal teams
      - Implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and identify issues at study sites
      - Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
      - Prepare detailed and precise reports on clinical trial management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of monitoring experience in clinical research
      - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing, or Biological Science
      - In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in cardiovascular medical device monitoring or cardiovascular/electrophysiology pharma monitoring
      - Ability to tailor communication style to different stakeholders
      - Previous experience in clinical trial management
      - Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative environment
      - Willingness to travel up to 65% on average
