What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor clinical trials in the cardiovascular medical device space, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines
- Identify and mitigate risks at study sites while implementing effective solutions
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with site personnel, investigators, and internal teams
- Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of monitoring experience in clinical trials
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing, or Biological Science
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cardiovascular medical device monitoring or cardiovascular/electrophysiology pharma monitoring
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with clinical trial management processes
- Ability to tailor communication style to different stakeholders
