      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform all study monitoring visits and complete supporting visit reports, including site initiation and close-out visits
      - Train investigators and site staff on study protocols and relevant procedures
      - Ensure adherence to GCP guidelines, study protocols, and all applicable regulations during monitoring visits
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites, resolving data queries and monitoring findings
      - Assist in developing study-related plans and documents, including clinical protocols and monitoring plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, medical specialty, or equivalent credentials
      - Minimum of 5 years of direct clinical research experience as a CRA/study monitor
      - Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and eTMF systems
      - Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and 21 CFR part 812
      - Strong organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with molecular diagnostics, medical devices, or companion diagnostics
      - Previous exposure to Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) or Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
      - Demonstrated ability to influence study site staff and achieve collaborative results
      - Track record of delivering tasks on time and maintaining a strong work ethic
