What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and manage clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversee study preparation, activation, enrollment, and closure activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contract research organizations (CROs)
- Maintain strong relationships with key study investigators and medical advisors
- Evaluate clinical data and ensure quality compliance throughout the study

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA, ISO, and other relevant regulations
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office products
