      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct routine site visits independently, including pre-study, initiation, interim monitoring, and closeout visits
      - Manage assigned sites through regular contact with site personnel to ensure compliance and adequate enrollment
      - Perform CRF review, including query generation and resolution based on data review guidelines
      - Identify potential risks and training opportunities for site personnel, escalating issues as necessary
      - Prepare and administer site budgets, contracts, and payments in accordance with project instructions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree, preferably in medical or life sciences; nursing education or relevant healthcare degree
      - Minimum of 3+ years of independent clinical trial monitoring experience
      - Strong knowledge of ICH GCP Guidelines and regulatory requirements
      - Proficient in computer skills and ability to analyze scientific and technical journals
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
