      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct routine site visits independently, including pre-study, initiation, interim monitoring, and closeout visits
      - Manage assigned sites through regular communication with site personnel to ensure compliance and understanding of study requirements
      - Perform CRF review, generate queries, and resolve issues based on established data review guidelines
      - Identify and escalate potential risks while providing training opportunities for site personnel
      - Prepare documents for ethics committee submissions and negotiate study budgets with investigators/institutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree, preferably in medical or life sciences, nursing, or a relevant healthcare discipline
      - Minimum of 3+ years of independent clinical trial monitoring experience
      - Strong knowledge of ICH GCP Guidelines and regulatory requirements
      - Proficiency in computer skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
      - Ability to work independently and proactively in a matrix environment
      - Experience in preparing corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans
      - Familiarity with scientific and technical journal analysis
      - A current, valid driver's license
