What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives
- Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on AFS products and related procedures
- Update sales representatives on procedures and notify Account Managers of any issues requiring follow-up
- Promote the safe and effective use of employer products and support the achievement of sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80%
- Ability to work within assigned territory and be available for unscheduled needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years’ work experience in the cardiac field
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
