What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives
- Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on products and related procedures through various training sessions
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure effective communication and problem resolution during procedures
- Promote the safe and effective use of products while striving to meet sales goals in partnership with Account Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
OR
- Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
OR
- Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preference for local candidates with experience at the employer
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years' work experience in the cardiac field
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
