What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leading and guiding CROs and vendors involved in clinical studies
- Developing study-related materials such as Clinical Protocol and Data Management Plans
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and other applicable legislations
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clinical sites and study personnel
- Leading the internal clinical study team and ensuring studies are executed within timelines and budget
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical or para-medical field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Clinical Operations and managing CROs globally
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and other applicable legislation
- Experience with tools and systems for managing clinical studies
- Ability to provide input to the clinical development strategy/plan
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Biotech experience
- Auto-immune and/or oncology clinical study background
