      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and lead the Clinical Trial Team (CTT) in collaboration with the Lead Trial Physician
      - Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols, ICH-GCP, and internal procedures
      - Oversee cross-functional planning and track study progress, managing trial deliverables
      - Lead and manage relationships with CROs and other vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
      - Conduct site visits and ensure data quality and compliance, addressing any issues proactively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a medical or para-medical field (e.g., Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy)
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Clinical Operations, including global clinical trial management
      - Strong leadership abilities and effective interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in clinical study management tools (e.g., MS Project, CTMS, TMF)
      - In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the biotech sector and familiarity with rare diseases, autoimmune disorders, or oncology trials
      - Proactive problem-solving capabilities with a focus on risk identification and mitigation
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in a culturally diverse environment
      - Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
      - Background in process improvement initiatives within Trial Operations
