What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and audit evaluations of AI-generated JavaScript code performed by data annotators
- Assess the adherence of JavaScript code to prompt instructions, ensuring functional correctness and security
- Validate code snippets utilizing proof-of-work methodology
- Identify and address inaccuracies in annotator ratings or explanations
- Provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards in annotation quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–7+ years of experience in JavaScript development, quality assurance (QA), or code review
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript syntax, debugging techniques, edge cases, and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in using code execution environments and testing tools
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Experience working with structured QA or annotation workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in AI training, large language model (LLM) evaluation, or model alignment
- Familiarity with annotation platforms
- Exposure to Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines
