What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide tools and resources to improve productivity
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to develop data-driven action plans for sales growth
- Assist in optimizing the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing training to sales and marketing teams
- Plan and manage commercial projects and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in commercial/revenue/sales operations, analytics, or process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive clear insights from data
- Proven ability to innovate and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
