What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly broker commission payments by reviewing and maintaining commission modules
- Coordinate with the Broker Operations team to communicate licensing and certification notifications to external brokers
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely processing of monthly commissions
- Respond to inquiries from internal colleagues and external brokers regarding commission and licensing issues
- Identify and analyze issues affecting commission accuracy and recommend improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 5+ years of relevant, professional work experience
- Experience in calculating and processing commission payments
- Strong attention to detail along with critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
