What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the design and creation of graphics and visual content for various communication formats
- Develop and distribute quarterly newsletters to keep stakeholders informed
- Craft and refine messages to align with organizational branding and strategic goals
- Monitor social media trends and ensure consistent messaging across digital channels
- Analyze communication effectiveness using metrics to inform strategy adjustments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in communications or public relations with a proven track record
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence at all organizational levels
- Expertise in visual storytelling and graphic design for digital media
- U.S. Citizenship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Military experience is highly preferred
- Advanced certification in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields is a plus
- Additional certifications in leadership or strategic communication are advantageous
- Federal consulting experience preferred
