      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Senior Compensation Manager to design and update job architecture, salary ranges, and career grids
      - Administer annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and long-term incentives
      - Manage Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules, ensuring data integrity and compliance
      - Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to execute compensation cycles and develop documentation and training resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-7 years of hands-on compensation experience in dynamic, high-growth, or complex environments
      - Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, and incentive design
      - Advanced proficiency in analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
      - Proven ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal guidance
      - Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday, is highly beneficial

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with compensation surveys such as Radford and Mercer
      - Previous experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
      - Understanding of FLSA classifications and regulatory compliance in compensation practices
