What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent, and business leaders to align pay structures and job ranges
- Analyze data to recommend equitable pay adjustments and lead annual compensation programs
- Present metrics and insights that influence compensation strategy and decision-making
- Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation policies, practices, and market competitiveness
- Collaborate across Compensation, Benefits, and People Ops to deliver a cohesive Total Rewards strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally within high-growth technology companies
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in administering compensation programs and compliance
- Strong proficiency in compensation software and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in designing compensation philosophies responsive to evolving workforce dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in influencing leaders and guiding compensation strategy at both individual and organizational levels
- Familiarity with data-driven insights on pay trends and workforce planning
