      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify regulatory, statutory, and case law changes affecting the business and communicate necessary responses to Senior Management
      - Research and evaluate new product opportunities while modifying existing procedures based on industry knowledge
      - Provide strategic direction regarding law changes to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
      - Ensure compliance issues are effectively identified, evaluated, investigated, and resolved
      - Collaborate with various departments, including Product, Claims, and Marketing, for new state implementations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Law, Insurance, Finance, Statistics, Math, Accounting, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of compliance experience in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for personal auto insurance products
      - Experience with personal automobile policy contract language and related insurance documents
      - Strong understanding of compliance in relation to insurance
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analytical work to Senior Management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with research platforms such as West Law, Wolters Kluwer, LexisNexis, or similar
      - Proven problem-solving and analytical skills related to product decision-making
      - Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
