What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Lead project management for sensitive compliance initiatives and represent the Compliance Department on complex contracts
- Collect and prepare records for reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
- Develop solutions to complex compliance problems, referencing policies and standard operating procedures
- Manage regulatory submissions and maintain licensing documentation for compliance functions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; HS diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance roles within healthcare or a highly regulated industry
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PBM/healthcare experience
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC)
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Advanced degree in a related area of study, such as Juris Doctor
