What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage directly with MNOs and regulators for compliance submissions and inquiries
- Drive registration with regulatory authorities and certification bodies across multiple markets
- Maintain and administer regulatory accounts/portals
- Prepare and submit ongoing reports related to compliance and fraud monitoring
- Monitor ticket queues for incoming compliance tasks and escalate as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in telecom operations, number management, or carrier relations
- Deep understanding of KYC/KYB, regulatory registration, and telecom compliance protocols
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., OFCOM, ACMA, JUSA, etc.)
- Strong documentation and portal management skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA) and collaboration tools (Confluence, Slack, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with RCS, short codes, TFNs, and global messaging/voice markets
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
