      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a Compliance specialist for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market
      - Support design, certification, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to establish a Quality Management System
      - Assist in problem-solving activities related to compliance gaps
      - Track and report on compliance roadmap status using requirements management software
      - Participate in project management of internal audits and ensure adherence to AS9100 and FAA Part 21 requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years of experience in Quality, Compliance, and/or Project Management
      - Practical experience in aviation
      - Hands-on experience in project management of Quality or Compliance projects
      - Strong understanding of metrics and KPIs
      - Familiarity with AS9100 and FAA Part 21 requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the aerospace industry or with electric autonomous flight technologies
      - Additional certifications related to Quality Management or Compliance
