  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Ensure actual construction costs align with forecasted expectations and support Construction Administration of contracts
  - Manage data inputs between accounting software and construction management tools
  - Own and maintain various KPI schedules and databases related to projects and contracts
  - Create and monitor a system of controls for recording fixed assets and track construction in progress
  - Conduct analysis related to fixed assets and provide insights on financial performance trends to senior management
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field
  - 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant industry (construction, real estate, and/or tech)
  - Advanced knowledge and understanding of construction cost accounting
  - Proficient in the Windows and Office 365 environment
  - Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA)
  - Knowledge of GAAP and experience with Yardi Voyager and Procore
  - Data Center or Construction industry experience
  - Strong critical thinking skills and a proven ability to drive efficiencies
  - Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities
