What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and participate in engagement work streams to deliver performance improvement for healthcare systems
- Conduct data analyses, interpret findings, and develop recommendations for clients
- Create presentations and deliverables that communicate project strategies and outcomes
- Manage project activities, including budget oversight and risk identification
- Participate in practice development activities to enhance the Advisory Services Practice
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven ability to conduct analyses and deliver effective presentations to client audiences
- Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, or Strategic Consulting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or Lean/PMP certification
- Experience mentoring others in the delivery of client deliverables
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and team members
- Ability to identify market opportunities and contribute to sales presentations
