      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with a team to deliver performance improvement for healthcare systems through data analysis and client engagement
      - Lead project work streams, ensuring client needs are met and deliverables are of high quality
      - Develop and present strategic recommendations and solutions to clients based on analytical findings
      - Participate in project management tasks, including budget management and risk identification
      - Engage in practice development activities to enhance the Advisory Services Practice

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience in healthcare consulting or related fields
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively
      - Proven experience in conducting client interviews and leading workgroups
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, or Strategic Planning
      - Lean/PMP certification or clinical license (e.g., RN)
      - Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating project outcomes to clients
      - Experience mentoring others in delivering client deliverables
      - Ability to identify opportunities for profitability improvement
