      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with a team to deliver performance improvement solutions for healthcare systems
      - Lead and manage engagement work streams, ensuring quality assurance over data analyses
      - Develop presentations and deliverables that effectively communicate strategies and outcomes
      - Participate in risk identification and mitigation while managing project budgets and expenses
      - Engage in practice development activities to enhance the Advisory Services Practice

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in healthcare consulting or related fields
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
      - Proven ability to conduct analyses and deliver effective presentations to client audiences
      - Strong skills in data analysis, project management, and client relationship management
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma certification
      - Familiarity with Premier and PINC AI databases and analytics methods
      - Background in Health Systems Finance or Strategic Planning
      - Experience in analyzing complex healthcare data sets
      - Skills in developing visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations
