Our department’s objective is to provide governance and consultancy for the Organizational setup and structure of Siemens while being key contact for the Board as well as the Businesses with regards to the Organizational Development of Siemens. You will prepare decision proposals for the Board with respect to Organizational Development and Organizational Changes This includes also new organizational models to shape and support the transformation of Siemens with its Businesses in a more flexible and agile world You will discover and use the power of our OrgData to support our business deriving strategic decisions (Alteryx and Tableau). You will bring our OrgAnalytics to the next level, in collaboration with our Businesses and Regions You will analyze OrgData, extract insights and present your recommendations to senior stakeholders You will coordinate the delineation of our Siemens portfolio internally to have the most effective and efficient setup As an expert in Organizational Development, you will propose guidelines and regulations for designing an organizational structure which aligns with the organization’s strategic goals; you will evaluate their effectiveness Use your skills to move the world forward. You hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the field of Economics, Social Sciences or STEM fields You have at least five years of work experience in the area of Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting or Organizational Development, solid theoretical background as well as experience in project management You have track record of achieving results in challenging assignments, in a complex environment, handling multiple priorities You are able to influence multiple levels of the organization and build strong networks internally and externally You possess a strongly analytical and business oriented personality, team oriented, combined with excellent communication skills You are fluent in German and English language We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
