What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide hands-on support and leadership in organizational change management for state government clients
- Strengthen proposals for new opportunities involving organizational development services
- Work collaboratively to build and deploy effective curriculum for staff development
- Create and maintain a repository of consulting and OD tools and resources
- Support the development of new OD service offerings and approaches

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in organizational development services, preferably in state governments
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management and adult learning practices
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to collaborate with state and federal agencies
