What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support client strategic planning and organizational assessment service delivery
- Work within a team to recommend, develop, and implement organizational change management strategies
- Design and create messaging and engaging collateral for clients
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and other client interactions
- Advise on and provide change management best practices for multiple clients simultaneously

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Development, Communication, Public Administration, or Business
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience preparing, facilitating, or implementing organizational development initiatives
- Direct experience working for or within public sector organizations, preferably local governments
- Advanced training in related organizational development methodologies or certifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with local government entities or public sector organizations
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices
- Proven ability to create effective communication materials for diverse audiences
- Skills in facilitation and workshop design
