      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage client analytics deliverables, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to project objectives
      - Conduct interviews and analyses to determine client needs and summarize findings effectively
      - Develop presentations and deliverables that communicate strategies and outcomes to clients
      - Participate in project management activities, including budget management and risk identification
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance practice development and improve analytics processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience in healthcare analytics or consulting
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Excel
      - Strong communication skills for effective client and team interactions
      - Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing data-driven recommendations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a relevant field
      - Expertise in Revenue Cycle Analytics and operational consulting
      - Experience leading cross-functional teams to build sustainable analytics solutions
      - Ability to synthesize data models and visualizations into actionable insights
      - Familiarity with Premier and PINC AI databases and technologies
