What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive strategic direction for the Solution Deployment and Services (SDS) organization in assigned platforms
- Lead multiple new product and sustaining release projects utilizing project management methodologies
- Develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and readiness activities
- Create and deliver presentations with recommendations to management, articulating project impacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
- Demonstrated experience in developing and leading product strategy
- Strong matrix management skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous readiness experience highly desired
- Experience in SaaS/IaaS product release and/or familiarity with Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
