What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide business analysis consulting services for enterprise projects across multiple phases and platforms
- Collaborate with development team members to create innovative solutions for functional gaps
- Mentor and advise fellow consultant team members
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with external client resources
- Maintain project methodologies and procedures for various projects and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm
- At least 3+ years of experience in technology or technology services implementation projects
- A minimum of 2 years leading business requirements gathering and analysis for implementation projects
- Demonstrated successful crafting of solutions
- Salesforce implementation or administration experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of business analysis experience in the non-profit or association industry
- Experience with AMS or CRM systems such as NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, or MS Dynamics
- Familiarity with Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizations
- Background in finance and accounting or implementation of technology platforms in these areas
