What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead implementations of new healthcare strategies and processes, tracking project tasks and goals
- Create, review, and present executive-level deliverables, including status reports and presentations
- Gather, interpret, and analyze large data sets from various healthcare sources
- Provide high-level customer service and proactive hospitality to internal associates and stakeholders
- Manage a direct report associate within the Strategic Integration consultant community
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable job-specific experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to track goals and deliverables
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting large data sets
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities

- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Experience in healthcare strategy and implementation
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques and software
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level communication
