What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support client engagements by understanding key reporting requirements across various financial sectors
- Assist in the design and configuration of solutions to enhance reporting processes
- Participate in system development lifecycle activities such as documentation, design, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage individual workstreams or tasks within larger projects, balancing implementation with team coordination
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in a reporting-focused role or professional services role delivering reporting solutions
- Familiarity with at least one reporting area: SEC, SEDAR, private company, statutory/regulatory, or funds/investment products
- Demonstrated experience in system implementations or process improvements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Workiva or other cloud-based reporting platforms
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation (or progress toward one)
- Experience with testing, training, or end-user support during technology implementations
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing project role
- Project management experience including workplan creation, milestone tracking, and communications
