      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, author, and edit high-quality content for various digital platforms
      - Create structured content models to optimize content reuse across channels
      - Manage Component Content Management (CCM) systems and other CMS tools
      - Lead and mentor junior content authors, providing editorial guidance
      - Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of published content

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10-20 years of professional experience in content authoring, with a focus on digital content
      - Proficiency in Component Content Management (CCM) systems and Content Management Systems (CMS)
      - Strong knowledge of content modeling and modular content creation
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Agile content development methodologies
      - Experience with localization and global content strategies
      - Knowledge of AI-driven content creation tools or automation processes
      - Advanced knowledge of UX/UI principles and information architecture
