- Develop and execute Yottaa’s content calendar aligned with company goals and product launches
- Write and manage both short-form (blogs, social, video scripts, newsletters) and long-form content (eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, research reports)
- Ensure all content reflects a consistent tone, voice, and brand narrative tailored to our target personas
- Lead content efforts across organic social media, owned media properties, and community channels
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to support campaign content, enablement assets, and customer stories
- Manage and improve audience nurture emails and newsletters
- Work closely with the demand generation team to align content with integrated marketing campaigns
- Repurpose core content assets across formats to maximize distribution and ROI
- Support SEO and website projects with clear, conversion-driven copy
- Oversee the editorial process from concept through execution (ideation, writing, review, publishing)
- Manage external writers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver content on time and on brand
- Identify ways to increase efficiency and scalability of content production, including smart use of AI tools
- 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or web performance
- Proven ability to simplify technical concepts and tell compelling stories that resonate with business and technical buyers
- Strong writing portfolio that includes long- and short-form content across a variety of mediums
- Experience growing and engaging an online audience through social and community channels
- Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools—and a clear understanding of where they help vs. hinder quality
- Collaborative mindset and strong project management skills; able to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and how to tailor content to different buyer stages
- HubSpot experience is preferred
- Video production & editing experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
