      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create, manage, and evaluate continuing education courses while ensuring compliance with licensure boards
      - Master multiple software applications for payment, contracting, and travel management in accordance with university policies
      - Collaborate with various university units to plan larger conferences and co-sponsor events
      - Serve as the primary account manager for payment systems and onboarding of new continuing education employees
      - Troubleshoot technical issues and facilitate communication with stakeholders to enhance training experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
      - Mastery of various software applications including Canvas, Workday, and others
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and high volumes of training attendees
      - Ability to ensure compliance with continuing education requirements for multiple licensing boards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in a relevant field
      - 4-8 years of relevant experience in continuing education or related areas
      - Experience with event planning and management of large conferences
      - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments
