What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the creation, management, and evaluation of continuing education courses across multiple software platforms
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements for various licensure boards and the national Approved Continuing Education (ACE) accreditor
- Manage payment, contracting, and travel arrangements for continuing education in accordance with university policies
- Facilitate collaboration with other university units to plan and co-sponsor larger conferences and events
- Act as the primary liaison for technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of digital education tools and resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in continuing education or a related field
- Mastery of multiple software applications, including Canvas, Workday, and other relevant platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including presenters and content experts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in continuing education or training development
- Experience with grant-funded projects and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in additional software tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Qualtrics
- Familiarity with the continuing education landscape and licensing requirements
