Provide comprehensive contract administration support throughout construction and transition to operations.
Lead the administration of consultancy and advisor contracts.
Manage contract manuals, processes, and procedures for variations, claims, meetings, and communications.
Maintain accurate, auditable filing and documentation systems.
Oversee financial management processes associated with contracts.
Implement contract administration systems, such as CEMAR or equivalent platforms.
Identify and mitigate contract-related risks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
10+ years of experience in contract administration, including at least 5+ years leading contract administration activities on high-value infrastructure projects.
Experience managing large PPP contracts.
Strong experience administering NEC contracts.
Strong commercial and legal awareness of contract risks.
Proven ability to influence process improvement and implement best practices.
In-depth understanding of design and delivery requirements for complex infrastructure projects.
Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Business, or related discipline.
Chartered membership (SCSI/RICS, IEI, MICE, or equivalent).
NEC Reg certification.
MSc or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices.

In this role, you will lead the administration of complex consultancy and advisor contracts across construction and operational phases, ensuring robust processes, compliance, and effective financial and documentation control.
