      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, issue, negotiate, and finalize various clinical agreements, including budgets, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
      - Analyze Fair Market Value (FMV) to support budget development and contract negotiations
      - Liaise with various functional groups, including clinical teams and legal, regarding clinical agreements and informed consents
      - Track progress of contract activities, providing updates to internal and external stakeholders while maintaining historical contract data
      - Manage complex contract negotiations and escalate as necessary to ensure timely execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in contracts and/or contract negotiation, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
      - Comprehensive understanding of clinical contracting and negotiation principles
      - Proven ability to manage multiple contracting priorities effectively
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
      - Experience working independently while adhering to established policies and practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting clinical research or in a medical/scientific area
      - Background in Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
      - Familiarity with vendor agreement and management
      - Previous experience in a customer-facing role
      - Project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
