      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure timely contract review to meet the needs of business units
      - Prepare, review, and interpret contracts for adequacy and completeness
      - Negotiate contracts and subcontracts while coordinating contract execution
      - Provide content and context response integrity for customer requests related to contracts
      - Manage and resolve content inconsistencies to maintain a dynamic flow of information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, accountancy, legal, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related field
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in a contracting environment
      - Understanding of legal and health system trends and operating assumptions
      - Strong analytical skills relative to contract information and related matters
      - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of work experience as a law clerk or relevant training/certification
      - Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts
      - Strong presentation and communication skills
      - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
      - Proficiency in Excel and other necessary software programs
