What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete applications to link providers to payors using information from databases and direct interactions
- Manage new locations, payors, and providers as Walmart Health expands
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of provider enrollment applications
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate provider-payer relationships
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-1 year of customer service experience
- 0-1 year of Medicaid or Medicare experience
- Experience in medical billing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical field, insurance billing, coding, etc.
- Call center experience
