      Senior Copywriter

      We are looking for a seasoned, creative individual to join the Brand and Performance team within our Marketing division as a Senior Copyw r iter . In this role, the Senior Copywriter will report to the Creative Director and wi ll be responsible for both the conceptual development and copywriting deliverables for integrated campaigns, including ads, websites, emails, video scripts, social media and various forms of marketing communication. This also includes creating and communicating concepts, implementing marketing strategies and developing short and long form copy solutions. This individual will work to steer our creative vision while promoting customer satisfaction. The Senior Copywriter will also be responsible for helping craft strategically led integrated campaigns while collaborating cross functionally throughout the organization as well.

      The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in either an ad agency or fast-paced creative department where they have demonstrated the ability to concept, develop and execute creative initiatives across a wide range of marketing disciplines . This individual should be adept at strategic thinking, problem-solving, have clear communication skills, and the ability to collaborate.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with creative team members to determine the conceptual and copy direction of branding, marketing & advertising projects and GTM campaigns
      • Collaborate across marketing org and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the company
      • Develop and write concepts for integrated campaigns
      • Collaborate with video team on scripts and transcriptions of interviews to craft storytelling
      • Work with a team of creatives to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
      • Work with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
      • Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts
      • Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercising quality control on all copy

      Typical Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field
      • 5+ years’ experience as a copywriter in an ad agency or internal marketing environment (including experience with integrated marketing campaigns)
      • Must have an online portfolio showcasing relevant skills with a submitted application
      • A strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles
      • Exceptional writing skills
      • Skilled at strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
      • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively
      • A quick creative thinker
      • An understanding of graphic design and the interplay between art & copy
