What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead conceptual development and creative strategy across various health plan specialties and audiences
- Translate complex health care and insurance concepts into accessible, high-quality content
- Produce and manage materials across formats, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards
- Collaborate across disciplines and levels, adapting to shifting priorities and maintaining project momentum
- Uphold documentation standards and build strong relationships across teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, mass communication, English, writing/rhetoric, creative writing, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of writing experience
- Experience in a healthcare field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with AP style
- Must possess a current valid Category II driver’s license and meet medical guidelines for Category II drivers
