      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements, including licensing and vendor agreements
      - Advise on contract structure and risks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
      - Serve as the legal subject matter expert on federal and state healthcare laws, including HIPAA
      - Provide legal guidance on privacy, data security, and compliance issues related to products and services
      - Collaborate with compliance stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training and support initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, particularly in an in-house legal department
      - At least 5 years of experience managing the work of others
      - Significant experience negotiating complex commercial transactions, including technology and SaaS agreements
      - Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and mitigate legal and business risks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing counsel on compliance issues, particularly related to HIPAA
      - Background supporting Medicare Advantage and ACA Exchanges business
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
